You r charging for these Api so I don't want to hear any excuses...I understand if it happens once in year...but it is not acceptable if it happens multiple times in a week. We hv invested our hard earn money. Will you take responsibility of our loses (if any)bcoz of ur infrastructure issues?
I completely agree with Sumit...Our lakhs of hard earned rupees are at stake and we really cant afford any such issues occurring so frequently. I am more bothered about the losses than the subscription charges which are mere 2k.
Since during most of the trading hours we are in office we cant access pi or other rich client. Both the web clients Kite Connect and trade.zerodha.com were down.This is really frustating.
I understand you might already be trying to solve the issue but please make extra efforts to make the system robust. Hoping for the best from Zerodha.
