How to start Algo trading?

I have been trading manually since 2013.
recently i came across Algo Trading.
After lot of research i came to know python is best.
i am from non IT background, i like to know from basic how to make my trade automatic.
I need material or anyone who can teach me step by step to code my own strategy.
