Unable to unstall client for API 3

can some one help to resolve kiteconnect installation, I get below error -
"error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required. Get it with "Microsoft Visual C++ Build Tools": https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/"
however I have "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) - 14.023026" already installed on the machine.
OS - Windows 10-64 bit
Python - Anaconda (3.6.5)
PIP Version: pip 18.0
Setup tools Vesrion: 40.2.0

Uninstall kiteconnect
Install the given link of .whl file..
Install kiteconnect again...and it would work

@Imran, thanks... it worked... just one more question, however it is not related to this error..

Is there any way to test the connectivity or I need to buy the API first before writing any code?

Kiteconnect needs to be subscribed first then code can be written and tested.
