In python, you can do quick, with split function to get date and time separate. give a try

i got it ,
String timestamp=historicalData.dataArrayList.get(i).timeStamp;
DateTimeFormatter formatter = DateTimeFormatter.ofPattern("yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssXX");
ZonedDateTime localTimeObj1 = ZonedDateTime.parse(timestamp.toString(),
formatter).plusMinutes(15);
