I have been getting an error while loading the orderbook on the kite website. This error persisted for more than 30 minutes, because of which I was not able to cancel my order, and it got executed. Please tell me the cause of this error.
This is totally unacceptable, specially on the day of expiry of derivatives. This has caused huge losses to me...this is too bad. Please connect me to some senior officer.
