Websocket tic by tic to database - paid code help

I need a standalone application possibly in python or php to receive tic by tic data through and dump that in mysql database.
please contact if any one interested in developing this
* app needs to be lightweight and fast
* should be able handle tic data for 500 tradingsymbols
* create a minute candle for tradingsymbols and store that in db
* minute candles needs to be identical to live candles
