No response to redirect URL

Hello,

I am trying to generate my request_token but I am not getting can POSTS requests to my redirect URL.

I have apache running on my redirect URL. tcpdump does not show any traffic to port 443 or 80.

Please let me know if there is anything in particular I need to fix.
