Can anybody tell me how to generate API Secret from the Kite Developer page. I could able to see only API KEY but not API Secret.

Click on your app in My apps section. Scroll down, there's an option 'show api secret'. Click on that to know your api secret.

I was not using any credits. Still, Can I get API Secret? As you mentioned I checked the entire page but I couldn't able to see anything like 'show API secret'.

No, publisher doesn't have api secret. Also,publisher is only for placing orders. For full api access,you have to pay 2000 credits.
