Scrolling for basket order not working in mobile browser

Scrolling issue exists for mobile browsers. When orders are more than 4, the scrolling and place order button are not visible on mobile browsers.

The issue still exists.
I have tried to replicate this in below youtube video
Please check at your end. Problem comes only in Mobile browsers.
