Redirect URL with no Request Token

Today I logged inti Kite with my API Key and URL and usually it takes me to the request Token along with Redirect URL.
Today I noticed it is not taking me to the Redirect URL but request token is missing in the browser

Can somone help me with the above I am not able to run my application due to above issue
