I'm experimenting with the python library to retrieve the ticks using Websocket connection. However, i'm new to the zerodha API platform. I can confirm that my API Key and Access Token is working fine by just retrieving the profile information or orders through API calls in python.
I'm assuming this could be also seen during non-trading or market closure period. I have tried it couple of times & in both occasions the market was closed. Is this expected?
I will anyway try during market hours to confirm the theory, but wanted to check if anyone has experience around this.
