Please refer to the image. Please explain whether it tells how many buy orders and how many sell orders EXECUTED for that tick, or is it something else

It is the total buy pending order quantity at the exchange and the total sell pending order quantity.

What is LastQuantity in the Tick? this does't match with Tick Executed Volume
