Quote API not returning data for certain symbols

I was using Quotes apis and noticed that it does not return data for certain symbols.
More specifically these
NSE:JSWHL, NSE:DBREALTY, NSE:RPOWER, NSE:TTML

These symbols are list with "-BE" suffix in Kite Web interface. For e.g. "JSWHL-BE" for NSE exchange.

What is the reason for this?

    These scrips fall under the BE category. To fetch them, please append 'BE' to the scrip name. You may also refer to the instrument file for the latest list of scrips.

    We have checked and verified it's working fine at our end. We request you to select the trading symbol as per the instrument file.
