is this secnario allowed
1. Multiple Historical API's , - different server for each API ,- Same login token used on different server ?
2. Historical request limitation is 3/seq is it per API or Account level ?

Currently, you can use only a single access token on the servers. If a new instance is created, the previous instance will be invalidated.
