Facing Issue Today

Dear Team,

Am getting following errors/exceptions repeatedly today continuously. It was working absolutely fine till yesterday.

Couldn't parse the JSON response received from the server: b"

504 Gateway Time-out

\nThe server didn't respond in time.\n\n"

Exception-------------Exception---------------Exception-------------------Exception
Request failed (kt-quotes).

Pl check and resolve.

    Can this be fixed ASAP please? The reliability of Kite api .. is slowly and surely degrading. These issues are happening quite regularly now.

    Its coming again today, worst day to face this.

    Can the zerodha team fix this for once and all. Kiteconnect api is a paid subscription and we donot expect such service please.

    REALLY DISAPPOINTING ... THIS KEEPS HAPPENING EVERY OTHER DAY AND THE ISSUE IS NOT FIXED AT ALL.

    Please look into this urgently. Many of my orders failed to execute, which caused me both direct losses and opportunity-cost losses. Kite was not working properly for at least 20–30 minutes after the market opened at 09:15 AM. I’ve saved the error logs and can share them or provide more detailed information if needed.

    A small subset of connections experienced this issue again. Our technical team is treating this with high priority and is actively working on it. While we had earlier implemented preventive measures, we’re now strengthening them further to ensure improved stability and avoid any recurrence. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work on this.
