Credits not reflected after successful UPI payment

Hi Team,

I added funds to my Kite Developer account on feb 4, 2026 for the 500 credit plan. The payment of ₹500 was successfully deducted from my bank via UPI, but my Developer Portal dashboard still shows "Billing (0)" and I am unable to create an app.

I have already sent the transaction proof and details to both '[email protected]', '[email protected]' and [email protected], but I have not received a resolution yet.

Could you please check this and provide an ETA
