GTT Stop-loss not executing correctly – DRREDDY26FEBFUT (Trigger hit but exit not completed)

I am facing a recurring issue with GTT two-leg orders, where the stop-loss trigger gets activated but the position does not exit properly, forcing me to manually square off with a loss.

Below are the details of the recent incident:

Instrument: DRREDDY26FEBFUT
Exchange: NFO
Product: NRML
Trigger ID: 307320480
GTT Type: Two-leg

Trigger Values:
• Stop-loss trigger: 1286.6
• Target trigger: 1348.5

Order placed by GTT after trigger:
• Transaction: SELL
• Order Type: LIMIT
• Price: 1285.6
• Quantity: 625
• Triggered at market price: ~1285

System Status:
• GTT status shows “triggered”
• Order ID generated: 260218220208440
• However, the stop-loss exit did not complete as expected, and I had to manually exit the position.

This is not the first time I have experienced this issue. It appears that even though the trigger fires, the LIMIT exit order does not always execute, possibly due to price moving quickly.

Please suggest what changes to be made to trigger always
