Unable to get request token

request token not working.

{"status":"error","message":"The user is not enabled for the app.","data":null,"error_type":"InputException"} I have tested . it is active, subscription is active.

    Navigate to the app details screen and verify that you have entered the correct client id. Ensure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the client id. The Kite Connect APIs must be used with the same client id that was used to create the app. You may refer to the similar discussion here.

    It appears that you have entered an incorrect client id -'MALGO1' during app creation instead of the correct 6-digit alphanumeric client id. Please edit the app profile and update it with the correct client id. Please check this support article to know how get your Zerodha client id.

    Note: Please avoid sharing API key and client-specific tokens on any public forum.

    You need to scroll down to view the Zerodha Client ID section and verify that the correct ID is mentioned. Ensure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the client ID.For further clarification, you may refer to this similar discussion.
