Cover order rejected, please explain

Hi I was trying to execute a cover order, which was rejected, using python client. I got the following error -
rms:blocked for nse_cm kwality-eq co block type: all

Here are the input fields

exchange="NSE",
transaction_type="SELL",
quantity=100,
order_type="MARKET",
product="CO",
trigger_price=111

Can you please explain the reason.

The order was sent at 2:53PM, so timing shouldn't be an issue.

    @Vishi this is not an API related issue. The error message implies COs are blocked for KWALITY by RMS.

    Is there a list of stocks on which CO's are not allowed. I was under the impression that it was allowed on NSE.
    ARe there any other rules and regulations for BO/CO, please let me know

    Yes, there are rules for BO/CO. All stocks which are available on the F&O segment have BO/CO functionality. Some other good stocks are also available for BO/CO.
