• KiteXL.Err file showed some transport exception and then once all symbols were downloaded it showed a 2MB ERR file(was not able to open it though), after shift deleting of err and symbol things worked

• I am using Excel and deleted symbol list from my default folder however still same issue

• Hey, I was receiving same error and then I restarted excel with option Run as Administrator and it worked
