• Hi @rakeshr , Yes we are sending the parameters correctly. yesterday, it worked fine for everyone. What I did was dumped the existing tokens for everyone, even though they were valid. It was surely not an issue from our end.

• @sujith: It is very much random in production. While testing, when we connect through ngrok tunnel, this issue comes up almost all of the time. Maybe you can try that environment.

• This particular thing was working fine till yesterday. The request_token is need to generate the access_token. One more issue is that, The LTP is also been shown as zero since today.
