Hey @Matti , Thanks for the update. I am still scared, if market had moved in these 15 mns, we would be in huge losses. How to handle these scenarios. We were helpless and who is responsible for all the losses incurred due to exchange issues.

@sujith @rakeshr Today also we faced network errors while hitting margin call at 9:23 today, it was resolved at 9:25, these have been quite frequent from last 2 weeks. Kindly have a look.
We also got multiple timeouts between 9:15 to 9:30 on 22nd July and 19th July. Kindly don't say its a exchange issue as I am using other brokers as well, I am not getting issue there.
We also faced this issue in the first 15 mn , Margin and Order Calls were failing with timeout errors. These kind of downtimes leads to huge losses. Kindly take it seriously.
Thanks @sujith for the fix. We will keep a close watch and let you know if we encounter it again. We start trading at 9:23, I guess some other clients facing issue before 9:20. Hope that will be fixed as well.

Yes it was resolved later, but can u do this handling to avoid such issues in future, if i do retry will this solve any issues in future, this is blocker issue for me as i m dependent on this.
