keep getting 403 error every Saturday/Sunday when trying to log in

I often get 403 errors and redirects to https://kite.zerodha.com/connect/finish?api_key=abcdef when I try to log in to generate a request token for my app. Could you please help me with this?

The errors often come on Saturday/Sunday for some reason.

the error I get is the following

Usually, it goes away after trying for a few hours but today it's still persisting
