Getting Error while placing MCX order

Hello Team.

I am facing issue while placing the MCX order.

Even if the segment enabled for my account getting below error while placing order via API.
kiteconnect.exceptions.InputException: MCX is disabled for your account. You can activate the segment on [Console.](https://console.zerodha.com/account/segment-activation)

i am able to place order manually via zerodha console, only the issue when we place order via API.
