Queries on Volume Profile in Kite

Hi,

What is volume profile in Kite?What do the histogram in the right of the chart represent?

CASE A:If the definition according to you is
Volume Profile in Kite shows the amount of volume TRADED at a particular price.
Then my question is
Q1: How can the volume change when I change the timeframe ?1hr chart shows different volume than 5 min chart.


CASE B:If the another definition is
Volume Profile in Kite shows the amount of OPEN or pending Orders at a particular price.
Then
Q2: Why the volume doesn't go to 0 when the price is hit.The point being, a particular price if hit all the corresponding pending order should be executed.

Q3: Which one of the cases is true for Kite?Or there is a different definition which I am missing?
Q4: Add to this the volume changes in any if I click and slide the chart area?Why is this?
Q5: The volume profile indicator which is provided in Kite,can it be extended?Meaning can I get the data of the volume profile through APIs?
