Getting no option data for November end of month expiry

I'm getting no data for the November end of month option expiry, weekly options data exists but the end of month data doesn't seem to be populated

this happens when I fetch the list of instruments and try to filter instruments for end of month expiry, the data 2021-11-30 doesn't exist in the list of instruments
