Do we get holdings and orders (transaction history) that are platform-independent using Kite APIs, meaning all the orders/holdings regardless of the platform on which they are placed (for example, do we get all the orders placed directly from Kite, Smallcase or via the App that we create?) OR only the holdings/orders placed via the app that we'll create?
