This is an issue which is occuring with multiple traders, I have seen many traders complaining of their algo orders not getting executed through multiple apps.
I am the new victim to the error in your system. Pls look into this immidiately and take corrective action. I am using TRADETRON for Algotrading. Attaching the screenshot of notification log for your study and resolution.
There were no issues with order placement for our users either through APIs or Kite web or mobile platforms today or at the specific timestamp in the screenshot. There might have been an issue with the Tradetron systems or with the specific algo and you should take it up with them.
