Issue in kite ticker : Connection error: 0 - error parsing request

Hello,

I am running a code to collect the live tick data and update candles at my end. From few days, I get the following error -
Connection error: 0 - error parsing request

This error though erratic is frequent and the tick data completely stops.
I am using python for the implementation. Please suggest any improvements if needed or kindly look into the matter.

Are you sending instrument token as string??
