Excess payment debited

Can someone please help i was trying to subscribe the API i made the payment of 2000 and created the app since i made some mistake while processing so i deleted the app when i tried again in the billing section credit of 2000 was not showing so again i have made the payment of 2000 in order to get the api registered now what i have to do in order to get the refund of excess 2000 which i made

    You should have read the warning message properly when you were trying to delete your app.

    It's clearly mentioned in the warning when deleting an app on developer console that there will be no refund of credits which were used,upon deletion.

    Still,you can write to kiteconnect(at)zerodha.com and check with the business team for refund.
    They handle all the business and payment related queries.
    Make sure to provide complete detail about your issue.
