When the open interest data is updated after 3 minutes, is that the open interest of an option contract at the time of receiving? Or is it the open interest of some time before? For example, let the open interest is 50 before 10 am and it gets updated to 100 at 10 am. So in the live market OI at 10 am will be 100? Or is this 100 OI of the market a few minutes back?
