pykiteconnect 2.7 is released (bug fixes and new .instruments() response)

There's a new release of the Kite Connect Python client (https://github.com/rainmattertech/pykiteconnect)

There are bug fixes and announcements to the .instruments() call. It no longer returns a large CSV string, but instead, a list of instrument dicts (parsed CSV).
