API Rate Limit For Quote Data

Kite Connection Documentation Show limit for Quote is 1req/1ec.
but when i am trying to send 4 req/1sec. i got data. what is actual limit for accessing data.

Can we use 3 Websocket connection & Quote API at Same Time. To continuous load data in market hours.
if yes what will be limit for accessing data.
