I am running code to get access request, in which first, i am trying to get request token and then using the request token i am getting access token. what do i do ? The code is working for other account.

The request token is returned when you send a http request like https://kite.zerodha.com/connect/login?v=3&api_key=<API-Key>.
When you do that what does it say? Do you get any error message? Without proper information about the exact steps you are taking and what error response you are getting, no one can really help you.
