If I place an BUY AMO to buy 100 shares of a stock, and during the market hours only 70 out of 100 shares became available to me. Then will the 70 shares come into my holding next day or will those not come in my holding ? And in the kite.orders() file, the filled_quantity will be 70 for that stock at the end of market hours ? And what will happen to that BUY AMO, will it get CANCELLED or COMPLETE after 4:30 ?

yes. orderbook will have filled_quantity as 70 by end of market hours

The order will be cancelled as the entire qty is not filled.
