Hi i am using kite connect api with tradetron app (algo trading platform). My zerodha client id is UEM738. Today (25/06/2024), a nifty june 23600 CE option (order id: 1805500196713422848) trade was executed by my tradetron plateform at 12:46:06. After execution of this trade, status of this order is not updated. Its order status is kept open till time 12:48:15 as per tradetron notification log. Due to this, an error is reported in tradetron plateform.
I have contacted to tradetron developer team regarding this issue. They told me that order status of this trade was not updated and kept open even after 2 minutes of execution of the trade by the broker end. So the error is reported.
Sir i am facing this order status open issue 3 to 4 times in a week in zerodha api since last one months. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
