Charges on buy and sell price for delivery

Here is a scenario, If I buy 100 qty of a stock at buy price 200 rupees , then my buy charges will be based on 200 price ? and Then when I sell this 100 qty at 300 rupees, will my sell charges will be based on 300 rupees ? or will the sell charges be based on max( buy_price , sell_price ) ?

Charges will be based on the sell average, which is 300INR in this case.
