Too Many Request Exception

Am getting too many request exception . This after only one pyhton code is running which is only making one request.
it gets resolved automatically after some time. Why am i getting this issue. attached screenshot.

Although you are making a single request, you can debug the logs to check for any unexpected requests and ensure that it's within the API rate limits
