When I attempted to fetch prices shortly after the market opened at 09:15, I encountered an error that persisted for a few minutes. Although the issue has been resolved, it costed me. I suspect that the error may have been due to high system activity during peak hours. We checked this and identified that a small number of connections seem to have encountered an error during market open yesterday. We've thoroughly debugged this and have put in appropriate fixes to ensure this issue doesnt recur.
We take extra caution at times of high activity and ensure availability of resources but this was unfortunate.
