Request help as I am getting the error "{"status":"error","message":"The user is not enabled for the app.","data":null,"error_type":"InputException"}" when trying to generate token in Tradeton site. Tradetron investigated the issue and said it is Zerodha which needs to address as the User seems not enabled for the API. Hence, had raised ticket with Zerodha support which mentioned that I need to post it in this forum to get a resolution as they also don't find any issue with the account. Appreciate help to get this resolved so that I could connect Tradetron algo platform with zerodha to carry out my algo strategies. This is the first time I am connecting to Zerodha while I have been using Tradetron for other broker successfully for couple of years now.
