I am receiving an Access Denied error when trying to fetch the instrument list via the kite.instruments() API call. I have confirmed my API key and daily access token are correct, and I am able to connect successfully to the WebSocket (KiteTicker) for live data. How to resolving this issue

There seems to be no issue with fetching the instrument file. Try regenerating the access token and verify the same. You may also check out the APi documentation.
