We are facing an issue while connecting to Kite API. We are managing ~20 accounts from the same server. As per documentation, we understand that API rate limits are applied per user, not per IP. However, we are still encountering the following error:
The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests)
This setup was working fine earlier, and the issue has started only since 21st Aug 25. Could you please confirm:
Has there been any change in API throttling, particularly at the IP level?
Is there a recommended way to handle parallel requests across multiple accounts?
Kindly advise on the best approach to ensure smooth operations across multiple users.
