Getting Order Rejection while placing order

I have placed an order in NIFTY Option and that got open .After sometime modifying with new price but getting "Error Fetching Order history" and we keep modifying but still getting same error message.

The error doesn’t appear to be related to order modification. You can try enabling debug mode to better identify and resolve the issue.
