Modify GTT gives exception

The GTT is gets placed and gets modified for the first time, but it gives an exception when I modify the GTT after the first modification, and it gives a null exception.
Following is the log for the same. Not able to trace the exception. Please provide the details exception for the trail
Replacing the order with higher trigger price
