Fetch Historical Tick data

Wanted to check if there is a way to Fetch Historical Tick data? I am not sure if its supported but I am interested in only for a day or two.

    Kite Connect API does not offer historical tick data. You may refer to the documentation to know the available intervals/timeframes in historical data.

    Can I get same day ticks ? Lets say I start at 12PM, and wanted to get the ticks of the day till 12PM.
