Credits not reflected

I tried to buy 500 credits for the first time after making my account, paid twice using the QR code but no payment was reflected on the kite connect website, i got confirmation emails from razorpay and even their website showed there were payments associated with my phone number but kite connect simply says you have not made any payments yet
And there doesnt seem to be any apparent support available
