Today my algo trading got stuck at the “CANCEL PENDING” status in Kite. It took almost 15 minutes for the SL order to get cancelled. Because of this we lost our profit and some trades went into a loss. Also I was also unable to manually close or cancel the order.
Is it possible to handle this through code or is it completely dependent on Zerodha?
