Does anyone built portfolio management for zerodha customers?

I am planning to build portfolio management portal for few people. I am not aware of regulations, is it allowed to have such portal on top of Zerodha Kite API. If yes, how and what Kite API details we can get from customer to place orders to buy and sell stocks
