localhost refused to connect - kite login url

I am trying to connect Kite login url from jupyter notebook using the below line.

# Generate the login URL
login_url = kite.login_url()

By opening the generated URL, in the new browser window , I am getting "localhost refused to connect".

Please help to fix the issue.
