@KamalChhirang A limited number of connections experienced this error. We've conducted a thorough investigation, and the necessary changes will be implemented to prevent this from recurring.
Same errors today on each and every request. Not random nor infrequent, but on every request. Also the ordering API endpoints are giving a similar error on every request (kt-oms).
Please look into this urgently. Many of my orders failed to execute, which caused me both direct losses and opportunity-cost losses. Kite was not working properly for at least 20–30 minutes after the market opened at 09:15 AM. I’ve saved the error logs and can share them or provide more detailed information if needed.
Looks like the issue happens whenever the market becomes volatile. Even today, the service started failing around 9:15 and is stable now (10:15). We're also seeing a new error message — 'The server didn't respond in time' — along with the existing one.
A small subset of connections experienced this issue again. Our technical team is treating this with high priority and is actively working on it. While we had earlier implemented preventive measures, we’re now strengthening them further to ensure improved stability and avoid any recurrence.
